Alongside general enhancements and fixes we have introduced new features to reduce clicks, wastage and improve your customer rating online. We have also worked on improving existing functions to provide you greater detail on your products and clients within RoboVet.

Keep track of your clients with Client IDs  

Users will now see the unique client ID when working within a client record, within appointments and on client facing documents such as invoices, statements and credit notes. 

Reduced clicks with Single Sign On  

Users will now be able to assign a windows user to an employee allowing access to RoboVet without requiring a second login.  

Improvements in Product List Filters  

Users can now filter for products within a POS Group and POS group product information on a NSM.  

Showcase your customer rating online with Rapport Reviews  

Rapport Reviews allows Rapport clients to gather feedback from pet owners. Positive feedback and star ratings can now be showcased on your website. Simply upgrade to the Spring release and once upgraded, your Rapport Campaign Consultant will be in touch.
